How is my order shipped?
Shipping within Dubai is provided by us. However, if the location is outside Dubai or the UAE, the shipment will be arranged for delivery through a third-party shipping company. The cost of shipment outside Dubai or the UAE will be borne by the costumer.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Orders for Kandoora takes from 3 to 7 business days. For urgent requests in Dubai, there is a surplus payment of AED 50.
What are your delivery charges?
Shipping costs are dependent on your location. Delivery charges depend on third-party shipping company.
How do I know what if an item is in stock?

What if there are missing or wrong items upon receipt of my order?

We deliver to all countries except Qatar.
Do you ship to Saudi Arabia or any other GCC country?
We deliver to all GCC countries except Qatar.

What is the minimum payment?
Full payment upfront.
What is the price range of Kandooras?
The price for our Kandooras ranges between 150 to 280 AED.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.
How can you determine my size?
If you’re located within Dubai, a specialist can be booked to visit you and take your measurements to ensure the best fit. For our customers outside the emirate of Dubai, measurements can be taken through a virtual fitting session where our specialist can advise on the optimal method of taking your own measurements for the most accurate results. If you prefer to take your own measurements and send them to our team, exchange and/or refund will not be applicable in the case of incorrect fit or size.
What is your exchange and return policy?
Tailor-made kandooras cannot be exchanged or returned.
For all other items, you may exchange the item if it is returned in its original condition within 1 day of purchase. If the item is worn, torn or washed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers may return or exchange any item that was received damaged or defective.
How long will it take to get refunded if I return my order?
This depends on your credit/debit card issuer’s policy and procedures.
